Maintenance Technician

to join our team in

Piedmont, Alabama . Under general supervision, you will maintain, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and building systems to keep our plant running safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Repair or replace equipment, motors, and components on punch presses, MIG welders, conveyor systems, robotic welders, roll forming equipment, and more. Perform daily preventive maintenance (PM) checks and troubleshoot machinery issues. Maintain tools, equipment, and plant areas in safe, clean, and functional condition. Assist with small building projects as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth plant operations. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; Maintenance degree required. Minimum 3 years’ experience as an industrial maintenance technician. Electrical experience required; robotics experience preferred. Mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, punch presses, welders, conveyor systems, and general building maintenance. Reliable, team-oriented, and flexible to work varied shifts.
