Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Irvine, CA, for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the company’s hiring needs. Other day-to-day tasks include collaborating with managers to identify talent needs, maintaining candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications Experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, and candidate sourcing Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently Analytical skills to evaluate qualifications and match candidates effectively A results-driven approach and a passion for building a strong workforce Prior experience in the financial or mortgage industry is a plus
