Las Vegas Law Firm is seeking a

Litigation Associate

with 3 - 5 years of experience practicing law. This is a long-standing (over 4 decades) law firm, with offices in California as well. Having a California license to practice is a plus; however, it is not a requirement.

Practice areas include: General/Business Litigation. This Attorney will also handle Construction cases.

Requirements: Licensed to practice law in Nevada 3 - 5 years of experience Recent experience in General/Business Litigation Experience in Construction Law is helpful Excellent research, writing, and communication skills

Duties: Legal Research and writing Attend court hearings, conferences, and client meetings Negotiate settlements Conduct Depositions Attend and represent clients in Mediation and Settlement Conferences
