Schedule:
Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch); Ever 3rd Sat 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate:
$22/hour
What You’ll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Provide accurate updates on products, services, and order status
Troubleshoot and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
Document interactions in CRM systems
Partner with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions
Process orders, returns, and exchanges
What We’re Looking For:
2–3 years of customer service experience (manufacturing or product-based experience preferred)
Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Organized, solutions-focused, and professional
