About the Role The Manager of Marketing and Events supports the execution of IgNS’s marketing and event initiatives, including conferences, educational programs, and member initiatives.

This role requires a highly organized self-starter who can manage multiple workstreams in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of execution details, and ensures campaigns and events are delivered accurately and on time.

Location This position is remote. The IgNS headquarters are in Los Angeles, CA.

Core Responsibilities

Marketing Execution & Campaign Management Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with organizational priorities, including but not limited to: IgNS National Conference (in-person conference) IgNS Patient 360 (virtual conference) Membership and certification initiatives Educational resources and resource launches Ongoing industry-sponsored campaigns

Responsibilities include: ·

Project manage sponsored marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, approvals, and reporting are met ·

Adapt messaging for diverse audiences, including clinical- and patient-directed language ·

Draft clear, professional copy for email, social media, and digital channels ·

Schedule and manage content across social platforms ·

Create, monitor, and optimize paid social campaigns ·

Maintain and update the marketing calendar ·

Track performance metrics and support basic reporting and optimization ·

Maintain press and media contact lists ·

Support cross-functional teams (education, clinical, operations) with approved copy and marketing logistics

Event Coordination Support Support the execution of two major annual conferences (one in-person, one virtual) in collaboration with an external event management company.

Responsibilities include

Internal Conferences: ·

Serve as the internal liaison to the external event management company ·

Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication ·

Collaborate with operations on sponsorship agreement creation and dissemination ·

Support Cvent-related updates, reporting, and data entry in partnership with event management company ·

Manage post-event marketing and follow-up campaigns ·

Track and integrate lead capture data into HubSpot ·

Assist with on-site and virtual event logistics as needed

External Conferences: ·

Coordinate IgNS participation at external conferences, including registration and exhibit logistics ·

Develop post-event follow-up campaigns and support lead handoff ·

Attend conferences to support exhibiting and other activities, as needed

Data & CRM Support ·

Support HubSpot organization, uploads, and data hygiene ·

Manage segmentation for email campaigns ·

Support lead tracking and reporting for campaigns and events ·

Maintain clean, accurate marketing records across platforms

Requirements ·

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. ·

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) ·

5+ years of experience in marketing ·

Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM tools ·

Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools ·

Experience with form and data tools such as Jotform ·

Demonstrated ability to manage marketing campaigns ·

Experience managing vendor relationships independently ·

Experience supporting medium-to-large events (virtual and/or in-person)

·

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ·

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects ·

Strong written communication skills ·

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment ·

Travel to trade conferences and internal meetings at the HQ (approximately

10% travel) ·

Flexible availability during peak event periods

Preferred Qualifications ·

Healthcare or life sciences experience ·

Experience supporting both B2B and B2C marketing initiatives ·

Experience collaborating in Slack-based team environments Benefits ·

Competitive salary: $85,000-110,000, depending on experience. ·

Health insurance, 401(k) with a 4% match, and pension plan (upon meeting eligibility). ·

Paid Time Off: Two weeks of PTO, plus Thanksgiving week and Christmas week (Dec 24 - Jan 1)
