Key Responsibilities
As a Cyber & Data Privacy Litigation Attorney, you will:
• Provide litigation defense for cyber insurers and major corporate clients
• Deliver 24/7/365 breach response services in active cyber incidents
• Develop litigation strategies for regulatory enforcement matters
• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and investigative reports
• Represent clients in mediations, hearings, and trials
• Collaborate with multi-jurisdictional cyber teams across the U.S. and internationally
• Advise on regulatory and data risk issues, including SEC and other enforcement exposure
• Support document review and eDiscovery initiatives in complex matters
This Data Privacy - Litigation Attorney role offers meaningful exposure to crisis management and regulatory investigations.

Qualifications
• 3–6 years of federal litigation experience
• 2–6 years of cyber incident response experience
• Experience in insurance defense, insurance coverage, or regulatory enforcement
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage crisis-driven litigation under tight timelines
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Florida Bar admission (Florida Bar required) or eligibility for admission
• Fluency in Spanish highly desirable
