Account Executive, Financial Services (New York)

Position Overview: Dianomi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join our Financial Services vertical in our New York office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital advertising sales, with a strong track record of success in the finance sector. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and nurturing relationships with finance brands, and delivering tailored advertising solutions that meet their unique objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Report directly to our Head of Financial Services Advertising to both grow existing and cultivate new relationships within the finance category. Identify and prospect new business opportunities with finance brands, agencies, and partners, cultivating strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Account Management, Product, and Marketing, to deliver best-in-class service and support to clients. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic recommendations to achieve their advertising goals. Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and positioning. Prepare and present sales proposals, pitches, and business reviews to clients, showcasing the value proposition of Dianomi’s advertising solutions. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently driving towards business growth and profitability. Qualifications: 3-5 years of proven success in digital advertising sales, with a focus on the finance sector. Strong network of contacts within the financial services industry, including both brands and agencies. Prior experience in the native ad space is strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets in a competitive market environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and tailor messaging to different audiences. Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, able to understand client needs and develop customized advertising solutions. Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for driving results and delivering exceptional client service. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred.
