Scrum Master (Austin)

HID Global Scrum Master 4-6 months (likely extension) Pay Rate: $40-$55/HR, some flexibility Austin hybrid – 4 days a week onsite

We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our FAST team, tasked with leading and facilitating Infrastructure and Security projects. We need proven experience in Scaled Scrum events in Agile project environments and have a strong ability to plan, organize, and manage projects, deadlines, and resources, process optimization in Agile / SAFe project management methodologies.

Responsibilities: Deep understanding of Infrastructure and Security projects, both technical and functional, to assess impact on resources and schedules. Contribute in all SAFe ceremonies like PI Planning, grooming, retrospective. Provide weekly status updates to report on achievements, activities, risks and issues in the ART Sync. Daily Stand ups with the Agile team to monitor status and manage escalations. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects. Responsibly engage the Stakeholders in their relevant activities to support the successful implementation of the project. Mentor and coach team members on Agile values and principles. Assist the PMO in any management activities

Must haves: -7 years master and/or SAFe experience -Deep understanding of Infrastructure and & Security Projects. -Proven track record of success in being a Scrum Master in a large organization. -Proven experience in managing remote team members. -Hands-on experience in tools like TrackSafe Jira, Planner, - Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile SAFe

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
