Speech-Language Pathologist - School

Responsibilities:

* Provide direct 1:1 and group SLP services targeting the development of language and communication in the school. * Evaluate children whom has been referred for delayed or deficient speech, language, feeding/swallowing, fluency, voice, resonance, or who need augmentative/alternative forms of communication * Create both long-term and short-term goals and provide individual treatment every week * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families * Work closely with the client's and classroom teachers to provide maximum carryover of speech goals. * Limited travel is required. * Typical schedule 7:30am-3:00pm * Caps are put on a caseload * Supervision and collaboration from other SLP's

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program - Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology - Strong assessment skills to evaluate patients' speech and language abilities - Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans based on individual patient needs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with

Pay: $48.16 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
