Commercial Litigation Attorney (White Plains)

A well-established New York law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with a minimum of 3

years of complex commercial litigation experience, preferably involving real estate-related matters and construction disputes.

Key Responsibilities: Drafting and arguing motions Taking and defending depositions Managing all phases of discovery, including document production and review using e-discovery platforms Preparing witnesses for hearings, trials, and arbitrations Participating in trials and evidentiary hearings Negotiating settlements and assisting with client resolutions Qualifications: 3+ years of complex commercial litigation experience Experience with real estate and/or construction litigation preferred Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Knowledge of New York civil procedure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
