Active, full, unrestricted Alaska RN license at time of submittal Graduate of accredited school of nursing High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of RECENT case management experience (within last 4 years) Meet one of the following:

1 year general nursing + 6 months as clinical nurse in SEARHC outpatient clinic,

OR 2 years general nursing + 1 year ambulatory setting,

OR 1 year case management experience

Reside

50+ miles

from facility Proof of flu vaccine Fingerprinting required (start date ≥5 weeks after receipt)
