We provide evidence-based programs for children with autism and other developmental needs in a positive, family-oriented environment.As a Program Supervisor, you'll lead a team of Behavior Therapists while delivering life-changing results for clients and families. You're more than a supervisor - you're a mentor, advocate, and creative problem-solver.You'll:Collaborate with BCBAs to design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA programsMonitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on dataConduct functional behavior assessments and help develop behavior intervention plansSupervise, coach, and train 4–6 Behavior Therapists, ensuring adherence to best practices in ABALead team meetings, provide performance feedback, and facilitate professional growthPrepare accurate reports on client progress, behavior assessment outcomes, and intervention strategiesDevelop engaging activities (arts, crafts, play-based learning) aligned with client goalsMaintain 35 billable hours per weekWho Are We Looking For?Master's degree completed or in progress in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related fieldActively working toward BCBA certification, with majority of unrestricted fieldwork hours completed (preferred)2-3 years of experience in ABA therapyProven experience in staff supervision and team leadershipStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsCreativity in developing client-centered programmingKnowledge of ABA ethics and industry standardsBilingual in Spanish is a plusApply today and join a company that puts its supervisors and teams first.#AT2PandoLogic.
