Base: $57/hr. X 2080 =$118,560.00 Overtime: $85.50/hr.

Job Responsibilities

Operate & Program PCMMs: Use Polyworks software to create and run measurement routines on Portable Coordinate Measurement Machines (PCMMs). Develop Inspection Plans: Lead the setup of aircraft inspection plans using PCMMs, CMMs, and other tools. Read Engineering Drawings: Translate GD&T and engineering drawings into metrology programs and inspection plans. Conduct Inspections: Ensure parts and assemblies meet required tolerances and specs. Maintain Data & Reports: Accurately record inspection data for statistical and process analysis. Machine Maintenance: Regularly inspect and calibrate PCMM machines. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve PCMM-related issues. Quality Compliance: Ensure traceability and compliance with company QMS.

Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required) Experience: 5+ years in metrology Skilled in Polyworks programming Hands-on with Hexagon or Faro metrology tools Strong knowledge of GD&T Experience with first article inspections MES systems proficiency and electronic inspection plan creation Manufacturing background, ideally in aerospace or other regulated industries Soft Skills: Team-oriented, attention to detail, problem-solving
