Overview: A leading financial services institution is seeking an experienced

Senior Corporate Paralegal

to join their dynamic legal team/ This role offers an opportunity to work on complex corporate governance matters and support a sophisticated investment platform.

\Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate

SEC filings , including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and Section 16 filings. Oversee

board governance processes , including preparation of board and committee materials, resolutions, and minutes. Maintain and administer

entity management

for a diverse portfolio of funds and investment vehicles. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Support corporate transactions, including formations, dissolutions, and reorganizations. Assist with special projects related to governance and regulatory initiatives.

Qualifications: 5-10 years

of corporate paralegal experience in a financial services, asset management, or investment environment. Strong knowledge of SEC reporting requirements and corporate governance best practices. Experience with entity management and board governance for registered funds (preference is '34 Act or '40 Act) Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; Paralegal certification preferred.
