Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide services to students from PreK through 8th grade in the Richfield, MN (55423) area. This contract position begins August 17th to support "welcome back conferences," with the first student day on August 31st. The caseload will include approximately 30-40 students, offering the opportunity to impact a diverse group of learners. Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct evaluations, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders * Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student communication goals * Provide direct therapy services focusing on articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders * Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and procedures * Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology required * Experience working with pediatric populations in schools or healthcare settings * Eligible for or currently holding a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status is a plus * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Location & Schedule:

* Position located in Richfield, MN (55423 area) * Typical work hours are approximately 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM * Contract-based role for the upcoming school year
