At Ginsey Home Solutions, you’ll lead our Walmart and Sam’s Club business end‑to‑end, translating customer strategy into growth that’s visible in the aisle and on the P&L.

What you’ll do Be the partner Bentonville trusts.

Build and manage buyer & category relationships at Walmart and Sam’s, acting as the go‑to voice for the customer and for Ginsey. Drive the plan—and the planogram.

Lead JBP creation & execution, expand distribution and assortment, and elevate promo & merchandising effectiveness. Hit the number, grow the share.

Deliver volume, revenue, and profit targets; manage trade programs with Finance/Trade Marketing to maximize ROI. Forecast with precision.

Partner with Demand Planning to build accurate, SKU‑level forecasts; turn POS, shopper, and competitive insights into action. Lead cross‑functionally.

Orchestrate Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Service for seamless execution; support brokers/in‑store excellence.

What you bring 5+ years in sales (CPG preferred), with Walmart and/or Sam’s Club account ownership strongly preferred. Proven JBP, forecasting, and trade spend management. Data‑driven: you turn POS/shopper insights into clear recommendations. Fluency in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM/TPM; sharp communicator and presenter. Organized, urgent, accountable—and great at prioritizing what moves results. Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing (preferred). Travel: ~15–25% as needed.

Performance Objectives Achieve or exceed assigned sales, volume, and profitability targets. Improve forecast accuracy and demand alignment. Execute customer strategies that drive sustainable growth and share gains. Strengthen cross-functional collaboration and customer satisfaction.
