We are looking for a driven Sales Account Executive to help accelerate new business development in our market.
Role Description
The Sales Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth by owning the full sales cycle within a assigned territories. This role focuses on prospecting, developing relationships, and closing B2B contracts with property owners, asset managers, healthcare systems, hotels, municipalities, and commercial operators. Using a consultative approach, the Sales Account Executive identifies operational and revenue opportunities, delivers customized parking and mobility solutions, and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure successful client onboarding and long-term partnership success.
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle within your assigned territories—from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close
Identify and develop net-new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events
Use a consultative sales approach to uncover operational challenges and revenue gaps, translating them into customized parking and mobility solutions
Lead client meetings, site visits, presentations, and proposal delivery
Build and manage relationships with property managers, asset managers, ownership groups, hospitals, hotels, municipalities, and commercial real estate stakeholders
Develop financial proposals and collaborate with internal teams on pricing, modeling, and contract structuring
Maintain and manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and performance metrics within CRM
Partner cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive positioning, and emerging mobility technologies
Travel within the territory to support prospecting and client engagement
What We're Looking For
3–7+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account executive roles
Proven success in prospecting and closing net-new business
Hunter mentality with strong outbound and relationship-building skills
Experience selling into commercial real estate, healthcare, municipalities, or related industries is strongly preferred
Ability to understand financial drivers, contracts, and deal structuring
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota
Comfortable managing multi-stakeholder sales processes
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Proficiency with CRM platforms
Self-motivated, organized, and able to operate independently
