Construction Defect Attorney (St. Petersburg)

Vernis & Bowling's downtown St. Petersburg office is seeking an Associate Attorney for its

Construction Defect department .

Candidates should have

1-3 years of construction defect experience

with defense experience strongly preferred. The successful candidate will be a part of a team of 120+ lawyers located across 19 offices in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, South Carolina, and North Carolina.

Our associates have the opportunity to direct and lead files, provide initial analysis, develop case strategy, conduct discovery, take depositions, draft motions, attend hearings and negotiate settlements. Associates will also be able to assist with and lead trials.
