Role Description
We are looking for a high-energy, mobile
Exercise Physiologist
to join our team. You will be in person with our members, traveling to our various sites (Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte, Birmingham, etc.) to perform high-level testing as well as manage the physical health plans and recommendation for our executive members.
What You’ll Do
Precision Testing:
Perform and interpret
VO2 Max testing
and InBody scans during on-site member visits.
Longevity Programming:
Create personalized stability, mobility, cardio, and strength programs designed to prevent sarcopenia and frailty.
The Accountability Partner:
You are the "follow-up king/queen." You will track member progress via wearables (Whoop/CGM) and maintain a high-touch accountability loop.
Mobile Operations:
Coordinate and execute on-site fitness assessments for our B2B partners across the Southeast.
Location and Travel Requirement
Ability to be based in
Atlanta or Birmingham,
this role requires regular travel (up to 50%) across the Southeast to support our growing member base in Atlanta, Birmingham, Nashville, Charlotte, Memphis, and beyond.
Who You Are
Qualified Expert: A degree in Exercise Physiology is preferred.
You have a solid knowledge of creating training and workout plans tailored to individual longevity goals.
Certified/Licensed:
Hold ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent certification, or be licensed where applicable.
Maintain CPR/AED certification.
Demonstrate experience
working with adults across health statuses, including novice exercisers and those with cardiometabolic risk factors .
Science-Backed:
You understand the "4 Horsemen of Chronic Disease" and how exercise mitigates these risks.
