2155 East Paris Ave in Grand Rapids , our expert team—led by board-certified plastic surgeons

Dr. Brad Bengtson

and

Dr. David Alfonso , along with

board-eligible Dr. Narges Horriat —serves patients from across Michigan, the United States, Canada, and Europe. We specialize in surgical and non-surgical aesthetic solutions designed to meet each patient’s unique goals, including a wide range of treatments such as fillers, neuromodulators, CoolSculpting, Sculptra, Latisse, and more.

As we expand, we are seeking an caring, organized, and patient-focused individual for a

full-time Concierge-level

PCSC position. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between patients and our surgical team, nurturing each patient relationship with timely communication, education, and support. You will guide patients confidently throughout their surgical journey while collaborating closely with Clinical, Surgical, and Management teams. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively to deliver exceptional service aligned with the Bengtson Center experience.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Daily, weekly and monthly review of Physician’s schedule with Physician Personal interaction with patients via phone, email or face to face Quote presentation and continual patient interaction before, during & after procedure Meet with Clinical Support Team for guidance on procedures being considered Direction from Physician on recommended procedure or services Electronic scheduling for patients moving forward with procedures Weekly surgery review with Clinical Director End of month patient surgery billing Continual review of Physician fees and other fees associated with procedures/facility/anesthesia Uphold and explain our Financial Policy and explain all available financing options to patient

Minimum Education and/or Experience: High school diploma; College degree or accounting courses preferred Previous experience in healthcare or surgery preferred Plastic surgery terminology knowledge Superior service and problem-solving skills required

Experience: Customer Service 1 year (Mandatory) Medical Office: 1 year (Preferred)
