Job Overview We’re seeking reliable and professional Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) for full-time contract positions across multiple healthcare facilities in New York City. These roles offer the opportunity to support physicians and clinical teams in providing quality patient care in fast-paced environments ranging from outpatient clinics to hospital departments.

Duties Include: Preparing patients for exams and assisting physicians during procedures Taking vital signs, performing EKGs, and collecting lab specimens Managing patient records and updating EMR systems accurately Scheduling appointments and coordinating patient flow Performing administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and handling phone calls Maintaining exam rooms, supplies, and clinical equipment

Qualifications: Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential (NHA Required) High school diploma or GED required Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience (outpatient or hospital setting) required BLS (AHA) certification required Proficiency with EMR systems
