Corporate Paralegal (Stamford)

This role supports the Legal team across a broad range of corporate, governance, and investment fund–related matters. The paralegal will work closely with internal stakeholders to support the formation, operation, and ongoing maintenance of both registered and unregistered investment vehicles, as well as the firm’s corporate entities. Responsibilities include preparing and coordinating legal documentation, supporting regulatory and filing workflows, maintaining fund and corporate records, and assisting with investor and service-provider requests.

The ideal candidate is a career paralegal with at least 5+ years of experience, ideally coming from a law firm or an in-house role within asset management or financial services. Experience supporting corporate entities and investment funds is important, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
