Executive Chef (Olympia Fields)

Olympia Fields Country Club in Olympia Fields, Illinois, is seeking an Executive Chef to join a historic, member-owned club known for championship golf, a highly engaged membership, and a dynamic year-round food and beverage program. Founded in 1915, the Club has hosted premier national championships and maintains a strong tradition of quality, service, and hospitality, supported by a diverse schedule of member dining, tournaments, banquets, and club events.

The Executive Chef leads all culinary operations across multiple kitchens and seasonal outlets, including a la carte dining, banquets, pool facilities, and on-course venues. This position oversees culinary leadership and staff while managing food quality, budgeting, inventory, labor controls, and production systems in coordination with the Director of Food & Beverage.

A key focus in this role will be strengthening operational consistency across venues, implementing structured training and development programs, and building clear kitchen systems that support quality execution and financial discipline. The Executive Chef will mentor culinary leaders and develop a cohesive team capable of supporting both daily member dining and large-scale events.
