Experience:

Minimum 1 year Physical Therapists experience. Certifications: Texas Physical Therapy License or temporary license is adequate with permanent license obtained by 6 months after date of hire BCLS within 3 months of the date of hire. Graduate of an approved physical therapy program License Required to Submit:
