is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our Philadelphia, PA & Cherry Hill, NJ office in a hybrid capacity. We are looking for an individual who

must

have experience handling all aspects of a personal injury claim, is self-motivated, able to manage their own caseload, and collaborates effectively with both litigation and pre-litigation teams.

Qualifications: PA and NJ Bar JD: Required 3-10+ years of experience with Personal Injury matters; Familiarity with Litify software a plus; Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities: Handle litigation case load; Provide an evaluation of claims, including a proposed litigation strategy; Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and the depositions; Research and prepare legal briefs, opinions, and memorandums; Ability to litigate pre-trial motions; Prepare for and represent clients through mediation and trial, including jury trials; General file management, including meeting client and court deadlines;

Further Details: Location: Philadelphia, PA & Cherry Hill, NJ Expected State Date: ASAP Initially salary + bonuses, then opportunity to earn a percentage offFees generated. No requirement to generate own cases Salary Range based on experience: 100k-180k + Quarterly and EOY Bonus
