Project & Infrastructure Finance Attorney (New York)

I have been instructed directly by a senior partner of an elite AM Law 50 firm on a key hire into its New York Project & Infrastructure Finance practice.

This is a selective addition to a lean, partner-led team advising sponsors, infrastructure funds, sovereign investors and lenders on complex, large-scale project and infrastructure financings across the U.S. and internationally.

You will work directly with senior partners, run workstreams and draft core documentation on construction and term project financings, multi-source capital structures, holdco platforms and infrastructure acquisitions.

Who this suits A 4 to 7 year project or infrastructure finance associate at a top-tier platform who wants greater ownership, faster progression and real proximity to decision-making. US qualified, admitted in New York or eligible for admission. Strong academics expected.
