Local Pay Rate:

$61/Hr on w2 Travel Pay Rate:

$2613 weekly ($30.5/Hr W2 + $1393 weekly stipend)

Job Description: Patient Age Group:

Adults, Geriatrics Required Work Setting Experience:

Interventional Radiology, Pre Post Procedures, Special Procedures Weekend REQ:every other or every third weekend based on needs Call expectation is one night per week and every 3rd weekend Friday 1630- Monday 0700. Responsibilities: Provide direct care to assigned patients. Take the nursing history, summarises data, and states nursing diagnoses/patient care needs. Observe and record signs, symptoms, and behaviours, including the physiological status of patients; present the assessment of changes, the proposed revision of interventions, and desired outcomes. Follow policy for activating an individualised plan of care for newly admitted patients. Deliver designated nursing interventions to assigned patients that are consistent with the stated medical plan of care. Perform admission, discharge and transfer procedures, and assist others with patient's activities and care. Requirements: 2 years of RN Interventional Radiology experience Previous Charge experience

required ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Certification MI State RN License
