Job Description Assist a high-volume Digital Agent in all aspects representation and deal flow Manage busy phone lines, roll calls, and take detailed notes during client, brand, and internal meetings Track and respond to high-volume email correspondence efficiently and professionally Maintain the agent’s calendar and coordinate schedules for a roster of athletes, influencers, and industry partners Draft and proofread correspondence including pitch decks, brand briefs, deal summaries, contracts, invoices, and press materials Track brand partnership deals, campaign timelines, deliverables, usage rights, and payment schedules Update marketing materials, resumes, digital media kits, and online profiles Maintain comprehensive job lists (past, present, and upcoming campaigns), including contracts, creative elements, and press tracking Research brands, marketing agencies, sponsorship trends, NIL opportunities, and digital campaign strategies Analyze social media performance metrics and assist with strategy recommendations Organize research and campaign data into usable formats (Excel, CRM systems, pitch presentations)

Key Responsibilities Assist with all phases of endorsement bookings and brand partnerships Coordinate contracts, invoices, W-9s, corporate documents, and compliance requirements Track payment timelines and follow up with brands and accounting teams Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on time Maintain organized digital records of agreements and campaign assets Accuracy and follow-through are critical.
