Press Brake Operator Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week | Off Every Friday Pay: Depends on Experience $25-$30 hr

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join a growing manufacturing team where your experience and attention to detail truly matter. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate press brake machines to form metal parts according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders Select appropriate tooling, dies, and materials for each job Perform first-piece inspections and ensure parts meet dimensional tolerances Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency Work with steel, aluminum, and stainless steel materials Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications: 2–3 years of Press Brake Operating experience required Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints Experience forming steel, aluminum, and stainless steel CNC Press Brake certification preferred Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Schedule: Monday – Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Enjoy every Friday off!
