Job Title: Senior Industrial Electrical Estimator / Project Manager City: Fort Myers, FL Pay Rate: $110000-$140000 + Great Benefits Full Time Relocation assistance

What We’re Looking For Proven industrial electrical estimating experience Proven experience running industrial jobs successfully Strong job cost knowledge, You know where money is made and lost Hands-on experience with: Motor controls VFDs Switchgear Power distribution Industrial controls / PLC environments Ability to read drawings and understand how systems are actually installed Experience in manufacturing plants, energy facilities, water/wastewater, or similar heavy industrial environments Comfortable managing subcontractors in both union and non-union settings Proficient in Accubid (or similar), Excel, Bluebeam, and project scheduling software Experience with AIA billing and disciplined change order management

What You Will Actually Do Build accurate, complete industrial electrical estimates using Accubid (or similar) Perform detailed material take-offs and labor analysis Understand how the job will be built — not just how it looks on paper Run projects from award through commissioning Track job costs weekly and protect margin Identify overruns early and correct them Manage shutdowns and critical-path industrial schedules Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and billing without losing money Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews Report directly to leadership on cost performance and job health
