Role Description

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk position. You’ll be actively involved in multiple parts of the production process, from digital design and milling to hands-on finishing and support operations. We’re looking for someone who proactively solves problems, takes pride in precision work, has strong organizational skills, and is motivated to expand their skill set within a company that supports internal advancement.

Key Responsibilities Fabricate dental prosthetics using CAD/CAM software (WorkNC CAM) Operate and maintain milling machines and CAM systems Remove pin stumps from green state zirconia and inspect parts for accuracy and quality The right candidate will also assist in a small foundry Support general lab operations: answering phones, collecting parts, packing/shipping Maintain documentation and use Microsoft Word and Excel Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Cross-training to support multiple departments as the business grows

Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Dental Technology Experience in dental laboratory procedures, CAD/CAM. Comfortable using dental tools and handpieces Strong manual dexterity, spatial reasoning, and attention to detail Computer-savvy with proficiency in Word and Excel Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in English Ability to stand and move throughout the day and switch tasks efficiently Must be able to commute or relocate to Leetsdale, PA Must pass a drug test and background check
