Position Overview Seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to manage cases independently while collaborating with partners and staff on litigation and transactional matters.

Responsibilities Draft and argue motions; manage discovery and depositions Draft/review contracts and corporate documents Form and dissolve entities and provide legal support Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda Communicate with clients, counsel, and courts Assist with case strategy, negotiations, and trial preparation At the appropriate time, trying cases

Qualifications Active California State Bar member 2–9 years civil litigation or related experience Strong research, writing, and organizational skills
