Job Title: Experienced Office AdministratorLocation: Puyallup, WA Job Type: Full-Time- Monday thru Friday 8am-4:30pm Pay: $25 per hour Position OverviewWe are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Office Administrator to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of performing daily office operations efficiently while supporting leadership and staff. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and administrative tasksAnswer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondenceMaintain filing systems (digital and physical)Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendarsAssist with invoicing, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tasksPrepare reports, presentations, and documents as neededEnsure office procedures are organized and efficient QualificationsMinimum 1
