Partify is a fast growing ecommerce automotive parts company committed to building smarter, more efficient operations. We are looking for a fully bilingual Spanish and English process driven Plant Manager to lead daily operations at our Fraser, Michigan (48026) facility.

This role is designed for a strong operational leader who takes initiative, drives measurable improvement, and builds scalable systems. As Plant Manager, you will oversee all plant operations including warehouse, logistics, inventory, and administrative functions, ensuring performance, quality, safety, and growth objectives are consistently achieved.

What You’ll Bring

REQUIRED: Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (oral and written proficiency). Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Math, Business, or equivalent operational leadership experience. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in plant management, operations, logistics, or warehouse leadership. Demonstrated success improving processes, increasing efficiency, and implementing lean practices. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage supervisors and frontline employees effectively. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (ERP experience preferred). Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
