This is an opening at our Santa Fe Springs location, for those who'd like to transition into Occupational Medicine. Many providers have transitioned seamlessly into the specialty with our client's training.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation: Starting range is $250,000–$300,000 annually. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Responsibilities: Spends 100% of time in a center providing direct patient care, leading by example, enhancing processes and procedures to minimize visit times, and creating an exceptional patient experience Ensures day-to-day execution as the Primary Treating Physician (PTP) for all injuries collaborating with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and expedite case closure Manages clinicians and support staff and complies with all supervisory physician requirements for PA/NPs Creates a professional and collaborative working environment with full colleague participation that promotes teamwork, quality, exceptional outcomes, and patient safety
