Travel Job Title: Licensed Nurse Assistant - LTC Shift: Evening Shift (2:45 PM to 11:15 PM), with one able to occasionally swing to days and one able to swing to nights as needed.

All gaps of employment should be explained. *Include years of experience in LTC and documents travel experience.
