Development & Events Project Manager.
This role will
help execute mission-critical fundraising efforts in
Dallas, Texas
for
an innovative non-profit organization at the forefront of world-class research and scientific expansion.

What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or a related field, plus seven (7) years of relevant non-profit experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
Experience in event planning, project management, fundraising events, philanthropic services, donor engagement, or development operations.
Demonstrated experience working with high-net-worth donors, major donors, sponsors, and corporate partners.
Operationally minded, with strong analytical skills and comfort using data, reports, and donor management systems.
Ability to translate complex scientific or technical information into clear, engaging messages for general audiences.
A resilient, resourceful, and adaptable mindset.
Preferred Qualifications :
Master’s degree in an applicable field of study.
Major gifts and capital campaign experience.
Education or experience in life sciences.
Email marketing platform experience.
