Tik Tok Shop Live Host & Content Creator (Harrisburg)

About This Role The Skincare Bakery is looking for a confident, energetic on-camera creator to serve as a face of the brand across TikTok LIVE and short-form social content. This person should be a natural communicator who genuinely loves to talk, connect with people, and engage with audiences in real time while making hair care education feel relatable and trustworthy. Communicating the voice of the brand through their content as well as their lives.

The Skincare Bakery: We are an experience brand! Specializing in handcrafted body butters, body oils, all body care products, that will have you smelling feeling and looking like a snack!

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a TikTok Shop Live Host located in Harrisburg, PA. The role involves hosting live streaming sessions to showcase The Skincare Bakery's products to an engaged online audience. Responsibilities include creating engaging and interactive live content, promoting products effectively, answering customer queries during live sessions, and driving sales through TikTok Shop. Additionally, the Live Host will work closely with the marketing team to develop content that aligns with brand messaging and ensures an exceptional viewer experience.

Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to connect with the audience and address inquiries effectively Experience, preferred but not needed, in Sales and the ability to drive product purchases through live interactions Experience or willingness to assist in Training and developing presentations or live-hosting techniques Possess a creative, outgoing, and energetic personality suited for live-hosting sessions Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to feedback Previous experience with TikTok or other live-selling platforms is a strong advantage, but not needed. Need to be able to multitask efficiently, reading comments, engaging with the audience, and converting checkouts.

Pay: Pay starts at $15per/hr during the training period, no commission during the training period.

Post training: $20 per/hr+ commission (pending )

Required Strong on-camera presence and comfort speaking live for extended periods(1-4 hours) While maintaining great energy Passion and/ or genuine interest in educating and engaging the skincare community Demonstrated ability to create short-form video content for TikTok and/or Instagram Basic video filming and editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar Strong communication skills and ability to engage an audience in real time Comfort responding to live comments, questions, and feedback in a professional and brand-aligned way Ability to work collaboratively with social, marketing, and creative teams

Location: This is not a remote position. We are looking for someone in the Harrisburg, Lancaster, York Pennsylvania
