Korean-English Bilingual Account Manager - Automotive Parts Manufacturer .

Responsibilities – Korean-English Bilingual Account Manager - Automotive Parts Manufacturer: · Support Automotive manufacturer clients’ accounts and maintain good relationships with customers · Provide quotations containing terms and conditions to customers · Negotiate cost, timeline, technical specification etc., and provide consultation as needed · Utilize various communication methods (Phone, Email, Onsite visitation) · Coordinate successful delivery of products to customer site with shipping department and logistics couriers · Establish sales strategy plan analyzing account history for future forecasting activities and performance improvement · Prepare presentation materials for sales meeting with customers · Monitor production progress on customer’s order for status update communication and avoid any delays · Create sales reports by using MS Excel and the company's system and report to Direct Managers periodically · Maintain all records and documentations for system update/ data entry in timely manner · Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements – Korean-English Bilingual Account Manager - Automotive Parts Manufacturer: · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Supply Chain Management, or related field · Ideally have at least 1-3 years of B2B Account management experience in Automotive industry · Experience/ knowledge in industrial purchasing/ procurement is huge plus · Proficient Microsoft Office suite · Business-level in both Korean and English language skills are required · Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills and time management is MUST · Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record · Able to travel up to 40% · Must be flexible and be able to work under a multicultural environment
