Neurodegenerative Care Strategy Advisor Job Description
ATCA is seeking a senior Neurodegenerative Care Strategy Advisor to join its Medical Advisory Board and support the strategic design, refinement, and scaling of care models for Alzheimer’s disease and related neurodegenerative conditions.
This role is designed for experienced clinicians, physician-leaders, or healthcare strategists with deep expertise in neurodegenerative disease management and longitudinal care delivery. As a Neurodegenerative Care Strategy Advisor, you will help guide how ATCA structures treatment pathways, clinical decision-making, and long-term care strategies to address complex, progressive neurological conditions at scale.
You will work closely with ATCA’s executive leadership, clinical teams, and research collaborators to ensure that care strategies reflect best-in-class neurodegenerative practice while remaining operationally scalable across a national clinic network.
Responsibilities Include
Neurodegenerative Care Strategy: Provide expert guidance on strategic approaches to treating Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and related neurodegenerative conditions across multiple stages of progression.
Care Pathway Design: Advise on the development of standardized yet flexible care pathways that support early detection, intervention, treatment optimization, and longitudinal management.
Precision Medicine Integration: Guide how biomarkers, imaging, cognitive assessments, and patient history inform personalized treatment strategies within ATCA’s AI-driven platform.
Clinical Outcomes & Quality Oversight: Review aggregated, de-identified outcomes data to ensure clinical effectiveness, safety, and continuous improvement in neurodegenerative care delivery.
Interdisciplinary Alignment: Collaborate with neurologists, pharmacists, technologists, and executive leadership to align neurodegenerative strategy with operational execution.
Innovation & Research Translation: Provide insight into emerging neurodegenerative research, therapies, and care innovations that may inform ATCA’s evolving treatment model.
Long-Term Care Perspective: Support strategies that balance clinical rigor, patient quality of life, and sustainable care delivery over extended disease timelines.
