We’re hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient therapy team in our Southpoint clinic and support pediatric clients in a collaborative, clinician-led setting. You’ll be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to helping children find their voice, improve language skills, and thrive through evidence-based, individualized care. What You’ll Do: SLP Duties (High-Level): Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for pediatric speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs Design and implement evidence-based, individualized care plans Partner closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to maximize outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and a balanced caseload using Raintree EMR Requirements What You’ll Need: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state SLP license (or eligibility) CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status Feeding experience required Pediatric experience preferred, but not required Benefits Benefits — Why H2 Health?
