Construction Superintendent

$10 million . This is an excellent opportunity for a field leader who excels in managing smaller‑scale but fast‑paced commercial builds with precision, efficiency, and strong subcontractor coordination.

Role Summary The Superintendent will oversee all on‑site construction activities, ensure safety and quality compliance, manage subcontractor performance, and deliver projects on schedule. The ideal candidate has a proven track record with standalone retail buildings, pad sites, convenience stores, boutique retail centers, or similar ground‑up commercial construction.

Key Responsibilities Lead all day‑to‑day field operations for ground‑up retail projects from sitework through CO. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and site logistics. Maintain strict safety standards and complete required documentation. Review plans, schedules, and subcontractor scopes; anticipate issues and provide solutions. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure finished work meets company and client expectations. Manage daily reports, logs, and project tracking. Communicate consistently with project managers, owners, vendors, and field teams. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within established budgets.

Qualifications 5+ years of Superintendent experience

in commercial construction. Strong understanding of sitework, foundations, structural systems, MEP coordination, and retail build‑out requirements. Ability to manage fast‑paced schedules and multiple trades simultaneously. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required. Proven background in
