BIM Modeler - Miami (Miami)

The Role : The position of BIM Modeler will offer you the ability to grow and apply your knowledge to the development of concept through construction documents, inclusive of structural steel, concrete, masonry, and wood-framed structures; working both independently and as part of a team.

Duties : This is a diverse role and the duties include : Duties: Produce detailed plans and details for concrete, masonry, structural steel and wood framed building structures Candidate must be proficient using REVIT and AutoCAD Coordinate and consult well with internal and external Team members Create detailed work products based on preliminary concepts and sketches Make modification to models through the course of design, through construction and to create record drawings QA/QC correlation between modelling and two-dimensional deliverables

Skills/Qualifications: 2 or more years with REVIT experience with an Associate’s degree or certification from a technical school Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (Architecture, Civil Engineering, etc.) is preferred but not required Proficient in Autocad Must be able to exercise independent judgment using technical knowledge Strong attention to detail with emphasis on organization / time management Ability to work under deadline pressure Excellent communication skills with team members within office and external client contacts
