Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

to join our team.

What Youll Do

As a COTA, you will work closely with an Occupational Therapist to provide hands-on, play-based, and functional therapy to children ages birth through adolescence.

You will:

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the OT Provide therapy in homes, schools, daycares, and community settings Support children with: Sensory processing, Self-regulation & emotional development Fine motor skills Feeding & daily living skills Play and social participation Provide caregiver education and home program support Collaborate with OT, SLP, PT, teachers, and families Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner Track progress and report back to supervising OT Youll be a great fit if you are: A licensed or license-eligible COTA in Montana Passionate about working with children Comfortable working independently in the community Organized and able to manage a flexible schedule Trauma-informed, patient, and emotionally attuned A strong communicator with families and team members Pediatric experience is a plus but

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
