Nurses are expected to function independently, demonstrate strong clinical judgment, and uphold all hospital policies and safety standards.Responsibilities: Provide care in all inpatient Medical-Surgical units. Adapt to different patient populations and unit workflows. Function independently while maintaining clinical judgment. Comply with all hospital policies and safety standards.Requirements: Minimum 2 years Med Surg experience. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHHS. Comfortable floating between multiple units. Strong EPIC proficiency required. Compliance with Temple policies, including attendance and documentation standards.
