Remote | Independent 1099 Pathway

Across the U.S., many thoughtful professionals are beginning to rethink the traditional career path. Some are watching layoffs unfold across technology, consulting, and government. Others are still employed but are quietly exploring what their next chapter might look like. At the same time, more than 40 percent of American adults struggle with obesity or metabolic health challenges, creating one of the largest and fastest growing wellness markets in the country.  We are opening a small cohort for individuals interested in exploring a new direction through a six week health coach residency.

This is not a job posting. It is a structured, experiential program designed to help participants improve their own health while learning how to guide others through a proven wellness system.

During the residency participants will: • Experience the wellness program personally • Learn a practical system for guiding health transformation • Develop skills to build a remote coaching practice • Work within a professional community focused on measurable outcomes

Established coaches who build an active client base in this model often generate six figure annual revenue, though results vary based on effort and scale.

The ideal participant often has several of the following characteristics: • Professional background in business, technology, healthcare, education, or a related field • Demonstrated discipline or success in another area of life or career • Personal interest in improving health, weight, or metabolic markers • Comfortable using modern digital tools and open to learning how to implement AI in their coaching practice • Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building something independent

Upon completion of the residency, selected participants are invited to continue moving forward with further education and business development. That environment includes: • A professionally built and hosted website to operate their coaching practice • Access to multiple weekly Zoom based community sessions where coaches and clients gather for 30 minute trainings, accountability, and shared experiences • A one to one relationship with an experienced mentor • Strategic support refining and scaling inbound lead flow using the proprietary “Social Pull” system • Participation in a tight knit community of professionals focused on improving metabolic health • Up to three optional continuing education conferences each year

For participants who decide not to pursue the coaching pathway, the residency still provides meaningful value. They will have personally experienced the program and gained practical lifelong skills for improving and maintaining their own metabolic health.

This pathway operates as a 1099 independent business model, not a salaried role. We are currently selecting 2 additional residency participants.
