*Position Summary*

We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide therapeutic services to adults and youth populations. The ideal candidate is empathetic, ethical, organized, and passionate about supporting clients in achieving their mental health goals.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Provide individual and/or family therapy sessions * Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans * Conduct Substance Use Assessments for adolescents and adults

Assist in the delivery of clinical services and provide support as needed with YCC group home and crisis programs.

* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation * Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams when appropriate * Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards * Participate in supervision and professional development activities

*Qualifications*

* Masters degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field * Active state licensure in Wyoming * Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred * Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*Preferred Skills*

* Experience with adolescents, trauma informed care and family systems * Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
