Family & Matrimonial Attorney

on behalf of a well-established law firm in

Rochester, NY . This is a unique opportunity to join a respected practice, take on meaningful and complex cases, and play a key role in the continued growth of its family law department.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in all aspects of family and matrimonial law, including divorce, custody, support, equitable distribution, and related litigation Manage cases independently from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, negotiate settlements, and appear in court Provide strategic and compassionate legal counsel during sensitive matters Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on long-term growth Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Licensed to practice in New York State and in good standing 25 years of experience in family and matrimonial law Strong litigation, negotiation, and client service skills A portable book of business is preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits Salary:
