Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Attorney with 10 years of experience in family law to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law litigation and settlement negotiations, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to independently manage a caseload.

Responsibilities:

Manage and independently handle family law cases from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and depositions Provide strategic legal counsel on issues involving custody, support, property division, and related matters Maintain regular communication with clients and opposing counsel Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff as needed

Qualifications:
