PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEY – PA BAR/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Our client, a boutique plaintiff's personal injury law firm is adding an associate attorney to their experienced team of attorneys. Responding attorneys should have 2-5 years of hands-on plaintiff's experience handling premises liability, automobile accidents, and slips and falls. Candidates must be in good standing with the PA Bar. NJ Bar is a big plus. Candidates must be able to handle a large volume of cases.

Responsibilities: • Handle all aspects of litigation and negotiation from intake to trial. • Appear for court conferences, depositions, mediations. • Communicate with experts. • Prepare clients for depositions and trials. • Draft, prepare and review summons, complaints, stipulations, and discovery responses and requests. • Maintain communication with clients and manage expectations. Qualifications: • Dependable self-starter with a strong work ethic. • Familiarity with the relevant laws in PA and NJ pertaining to personal injury claims. • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
